Investing in coaching is a meaningful decision, and it’s natural to want to know that your time, energy, and resources will be worthwhile.
Coaching isn’t about paying someone to give you all the answers or promising a specific outcome. It’s an investment in having dedicated space to focus on you—your goals, challenges, patterns, strengths, and what you want to create or change.
Our work is intentional and results-focused. We’ll establish clear goals, regularly look at your progress, and turn insight into action. I’ll bring thoughtful questions, evidence-informed tools, honest feedback, challenge, support, and accountability—but you’ll always be an active part of the process.
The goal is for what you gain through coaching to extend far beyond our sessions: greater clarity, stronger skills, more intentional choices, and meaningful changes you can continue carrying into your life and leadership.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. In fact, not knowing exactly what you want or what comes next may be part of what brings you to coaching.
You may be ready if you know something needs to change, you’re navigating a transition, you feel stuck, or you simply have a sense that you want something different for yourself or your leadership.
You don’t need perfect clarity—you do need a willingness to be curious, honest with yourself, open to new perspectives, and willing to take action.
Sometimes we wait for the “right time” or until we feel completely ready. But growth often begins before we have all the answers. Coaching can be the space where you slow down, gain clarity, discover what matters, and begin taking intentional steps forward.

There isn’t one timeline that fits everyone. Some clients come to coaching with a specific goal or transition they want to work through, while others are looking for deeper growth and choose to work together longer.
At the beginning of our work, we’ll talk about what you want to accomplish and what kind of support makes sense for you. Along the way, we’ll regularly check in on your progress, what’s changing, and where you want to go next.
My goal isn’t to keep you in coaching indefinitely. It’s to help you create meaningful, lasting change and develop the awareness, skills, and confidence to continue moving forward long after our work together ends.

That is completely normal. We begin with a conversation about what brought you here, what feels important right now, and what you'd like to change, and then we shape your goals together. Coaching with me is collaborative. I listen, ask questions, offer perspective, challenge you when it helps, and adjust as your needs evolve. Our first conversation also lets both of us decide whether working together feels right.

Both can support meaningful growth and they serve different purposes. Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go, exploring your goals, strengths, values, patterns, leadership, and transitions through action-oriented work. Therapy is provided by a licensed mental health professional and can address mental health concerns, emotional distress, trauma, and diagnosis, often including past experiences. Coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment, and if something comes up that a therapist could support better, I will tell you honestly and encourage you to seek that care.
