Meet Your Coach

Many people assume that strength means having every answer, staying in control, or growing harder as responsibility grows.

I believe the strongest leaders can hold high standards and a soft heart together. They can be compassionate and accountable, confident and humble, but also vulnerable and courageous. And they’re stronger because of it.

Experience You Can Lean On, Science You Can Trust

When you work with a leadership coach who has actually lived the work, the conversation changes. I have led teams, made hard calls, carried budgets, and coached managers through the same challenges you’re likely facing now.

But I’ve also spent years studying how people grow, which gives me the tools to help you see yourself clearly and act on what you see.

How I Approach Coaching

My coaching philosophy rests on the belief that growth comes from understanding the whole person and building on what is already strong.

We’ll look at your strengths, values, patterns, relationships, and the larger systems shaping how you live and lead.

I bring warmth and a genuine sense of curiosity to every conversation, but I also know when to ask hard questions, name and address patterns, create structure around your goals, and hold you accountable for the actions you choose.

I bring the assessments, frameworks, and tools and fit the work to you and your needs.

Our coaching is compassionate, encouraging, honest, and usually includes a little laughter. I encourage curiosity and a willingness to look inward along with being ready to take action. Why? Because this is your work. I’m just here to walk beside you while you do it.
